A general chatbot is a good explainer but an unreliable reviewer: it only reads what you paste (missing cross-references and defined terms elsewhere), has no consistent checklist, and won’t tell you which side a clause favors. Initialed reads the whole document, runs the same checklist every time, scores each finding by severity from your side, and grounds findings in real law — and on the same contracts it catches meaningfully more risky clauses. See our accuracy page for the benchmark.
