MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Client and Service Provider.
9. Indemnification
Service Provider shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Client from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the Services.

We don’t sell your data or the contents of your contracts, documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is scoped to your account — you can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time. To produce a review your document is processed by our AI provider (currently Google Gemini); we’re upfront that we don’t claim a zero-retention arrangement with that provider, and our Privacy Policy explains exactly how your data is handled.
