Draft the quote and the terms together, send them to your client, and get both signatures in one place. Your client reviews it on initialed.ai with no account, asks a question if they need to, and signs online.
Describe the agreement you need in plain English, or drop a PDF or Word file. Free to start.
E-signatures powered by SignWell.
Describe the job. Initialed AI drafts the quote: the work, the price, and the deposit and how it is paid.
Choose quote + agreement and the terms of the work follow the quote in the same document. Or send the quote on its own.
Your client opens a link on initialed.ai, with no account needed. They can ask a question or request a change before signing.
You sign your part, then your client signs theirs, in the order you set. Signing runs through SignWell.
Once everyone has signed, you and the people on the document can download the signed PDF.
Send just the quote for your client to accept, or the quote with the terms underneath as one document, signed once.
You, your client and one more person, such as a co-owner or a venue. Signers and copy-only people count together.
Sign first so your client receives a document you have already signed, or let everyone sign in any order.
Edit the document and send it again. The earlier link shows that it was replaced, so nobody signs an old version.
In the US, the federal ESIGN Act and the state laws based on the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) generally give an electronic signature the same legal effect as one on paper, when both sides agree to sign electronically. Whether a particular agreement is enforceable still depends on its terms and the law that applies.
ESIGN and UETA leave out some documents, including wills, codicils and testamentary trusts; adoption, divorce and other family-law matters; court documents; and notices of eviction, foreclosure, utility shutoff, insurance cancellation or a product recall. Initialed AI doesn’t offer sending for signature on these document types.
Your client sees only the document you sent, your business name, your note and who has signed. They never see your risk review, findings, notes or your answers to the drafting questions. Signing happens through SignWell, and the signed PDF is stored privately for you and the people on the document.
No. Each person gets their own link to review and sign on initialed.ai, without signing up.
Up to 3 people per document, counting signers and anyone who only gets a copy. You choose whether they sign in order.
They use Ask a question / request a change, which reaches you by email and shows up next to the document. You edit it and send it again; the earlier link then shows that it was replaced.
One credit ($4.99) unlocks a document, and that covers both downloading it and sending it for e-signature, with no extra charge per send. Your free monthly credit unlocks one document, and Pro plan credits work the same way.
Not yet. The quote states the deposit and how it is paid, and your client pays you the way you normally get paid.
